Blackbook.ai will allocate a dedicated on shore resource to elaborate and detail your requirements. This person will be your single point of contact to liase with offshore teams. Once you have maturity, then you can liase with dedicated teams directly. Most likely all the design and requirements gathering will be done onshore, and then sent to offshore for development and support.
