The challenge
A large private hospital must manage the booking of patient appointments, a costly and time consuming process. Tasks involved are highly repetitive, high volume, and low value.
The company wanted to increase efficiency of communicating with patients and the appointment confirmation process, reduce fail to attend rates, record customer contacts and responses, and reduce costs.
The solution
We built a RPA bot that downloads reports from the patient administration system, sends SMS to patients via Outlook, as well as receives SMS and responds accordingly. The bot also has the ability to cancel appointments, remove patients from waitlists and cancel referrals.
The outcomes
