Blackbook.ai Recognised as UiPath Diamond Tier Partner

Blackbook.ai is proud to announce it has achieved UiPath’s highest partnership status within Australia.  Being recognised as a UiPath Diamond tier partner recognises Blackbook.ai’s investment in building its capability and certifying its people, along with continuing to deliver enterprise wide automation solutions for its clients, leveraging the UiPath platform. From its inception, Blackbook.ai has been dedicated to the best practice deployment of automation solutions to its clients.  Blackbook.ai’s commitment to the world-leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & AI software company UiPath, has been validated by multiple awards including APAC Impact Partner of the year, 2019; Top Business Partner (Australia) & Top New Logo, 2019.

Blackbook.ai is singularly focussed on the delivery of Automation solutions to its clients.  Our strong focus on our client’s automation goals is supported by our use of locally educated, trained and resident staff. By adopting this onshore business model, it ensures Blackbook.ai can continue to be a company that delivers on its commitments and be known as the company that ‘does what it says it will do’.  We are determined to ensure that our clients see us as the logical Automation partner of choice from the perspective of local reputation, referenceable success, industry experience, thought leadership and value for money.

In response to this achievement, Thuy Lam, Blackbook.ai Chief Executive Officer, said,” Blackbook.ai was the first Australian partner to believe in UiPath’s community first automation mantra, making their software available to anyone and everyone. Every day we apply the same mantra around giving anyone and everyone in our community the ability to prove their skills and take their first step in establishing a career in this field. I can attest to the fact that all of our automation developers are local talent and have been trained and learnt their skills at Blackbook.ai. This gives us the ability to work with clients in a more collaborative way to improve their organisational process agility and is what makes me proudest. Being the first Australian-owned and operated organisation to gain Diamond status in Australia further solidifies this.

Our philosophy is aligned with UiPath’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Dines, who saw an opportunity to create a technology-led difference in Romania and we see the same for Australia.

Our commitment to further the fields of Automation, AI, Data Agility and Edge Computing is not just about shoring up bottom line results from a declining audit advisory market, it is about uplifting the skills of all community citizens in the Asia Pacific region to deliver a true competitive advantage in a global economy dominated by labour arbitrage and government backed industrialisation.”

Important to our clients has been Blackbook.ai’s commitment to, and alignment with the community in which we operate.  This was confirmed in late 2017 when Queensland-based motoring club and mutual organisation, RACQ, secured a 30 percent interest in Blackbook.ai.  RACQ’s interest is part of their strategy to “support and advance” innovation.  RACQ chief information officer Greg Booker said.  “Our partnership with BB is just one way we’re ensuring RACQ is at the forefront of the emerging artificial intelligence and robotics space.” RACQ remains an active client for both Blackbook.ai and UiPath.

Martin Milthorpe, ANZ Regional Partner Director, UiPath commented: “We are thrilled Blackbook.ai has reached UiPath’s highest partner tier, Diamond, in Australia.  They are an exceptionally capable organisation providing Robotic Process Automation services that position our joint clients for the future of work.  Blackbook have demonstrated their strengths throughout numerous successful automation implementations with some of Australia’s largest companies”.

Mr Milthorpe added: “To achieve the UiPath Diamond tier, you need to have proven capability, enabling customers to identify the right processes to automate, develop, deploy and then support them throughout their automation journey. It also requires satisfied customers who are seeing the benefits of RPA, and Blackbook exceeded that requirement and are well prepared to help organisations scale their automation plans and achieve rapid results across their business”.

Thuy further said “The recognition of Blackbook.ai as a UiPath Diamond partner validates our strategy to create a company with the singular purpose of establishing a sustainable Australian business that provides a platform for Australians to work in the emerging Automation and AI technology space.  Our philosophy of re-investing profits back into the business to develop innovative IP & solutions allows Blackbook.ai to share that with our clients so that collectively we can export our expertise for the benefit of Australia.”
