The challenge
For security reasons, the client had specific accounts that need to have their passwords updated every 60 days. As a result, IT had to manually set up the password updates processes for specific accounts to follow when their password was about to expire.
The solution
The robot created by Blackbook updates the windows, protects workflow passwords and updates company’s system (KeePass) with the new passwords for the specific accounts that have their passwords expiring.
The outcomes
The automated process reduced the time spent on completing the password updates process while ensuring passwords were updated before they expired.
