The challenge
The client had previously extracted data from their data warehouse to create reports in Excel, manually bringing in the new data as necessary and updating them. There were various reports across different sectors: Area Coach, Finance, HR, Sales, etc.
The solution
Blackbook’s solution involved making the data now available in Power BI, and automatically updates and refreshes the dataset to include new data as it comes in. This assisted in creating intuitive reports and visualisations (charts, graphs, etc.) that remain up to date and relevant for business users to use and analyse.
The outcomes
The client was able to reduce the time spent on creating and manually updating reports, with them now being live and ready to use. Reports are visually appealing and easy to analyse across multiple teams.
